The Diversity Assessment Scale gives employers a way to profile the organization. Whether the survey is paper-based or an on-line service, its outcome remains focused: 

what’s your commitment to diversity as a corporate asset?

The survey provides information to:
implement - and later measure - change.
determine the degree of organizational and personal commitment to valuing and respecting diversity in the workplace.
collect statistical information.

Summarized ResultsDiversity

The summary reports provide a way to identify employee’s perceptions of the workplace. Where does your organization stand? What do the people who work for you really think of the corporate climate? 

It also summarizes the personal beliefs and experiences of the employees, giving an overview of what challenges and successes may lie ahead.

Actions for Change

Finally, it provides an opportunity for employees to pass on Actions for Change in an anonymous way. These Actions may be for the organization, or may be personal. These help generate ideas for the organization on what change should be implemented, and how it can support its employees to carry forward change on a personal level.
